4 Hugs a day for survival, 8 Hugs a day for maintenance and 12 Hugs a day for growth. (Virginia Satir)

For me, holistic massage combines many different approach of healing techniques and eastern/western philisophies. Core principles of the school are Awareness, Quality of Touch, Posture/Movement and Rapport/Communication. It is open and free. No discrimination and no judging. Touch is powerful.

Holistic massage touches people and induces changes in people. By learning and understanding about the body, the mind, oneself and people, massage connects everything to everything. It is a way of life and should be part of everyone's life.

Holistic massage is relaxing, fantastic and amazing. A Journey to oneself and to the world.
You guide and I explore in order to heal yourself! Only you can heal yourself and look after yourself

Holistic Massage :

Holistic massage is a person-centred approach, in which practioners adapt the treatment to meet the individual needs of each person. This may include emotional issues and personal beliefs as well as purely physical symptoms. We treat the person and not the condition. (MTI)

Physically, this can relax tight muscles and improve circulation, nervous function and joint mobility. This increases the body's fluidity and can ease many shorts term ailments such as back pain, arthritis and insomnia and many many more.

At an emotional level, massage is non-intrusive and non-judgemental. It soothes the busy mind, reduces stress and makes us feel loved again. At a deeper level, massage can release the personal history we have stored in our body tissues. This can lead to powerful changes in our energy, body and mind, and process of growth.
